(a) Checking of flexible coupling of engine and alternator (b) Cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (c) Checking of injectors and fuel pump (d) Checking of alternator and carbon brushes of following capacity DG sets NOTE: (1) Cost of Spare parts required will be paid and measured separately (2) Servicing/routine check up carried out through authorised service centre of manufacturer (3) Make of spare recommendation by auth service centre of manufacturer. 4. 'B' checl will be carried out after every 250 runnign Hrs of of DG set or as and when required or directed by Engr-in-charhge 5. Contractor has to depute DG mechanic/technician as and when servicing of DG sets is due and as and when any DG set become unserviceable within 48 Hrs or as directed by Engr-in-charge . In case of failure a recovery of 5000 will be charged for non addressing the complaint of DG set within the given time

Dismantling the radiator from the engine of 125 KVA DG set installed at Dogra Fort gen set and trasporting the radiator from site to workshop . Dismantling the radiator in and inlcuding descaling, washing with suitable chemical , gas welding the leaking tube whichever required for proper functioning of radiator . The radiator should be fixed in proper condition by the mechanic of authoriesed Kirloshkar company/Kirloshkar dealer. After repair retransportation from workshop to site and fixing the same with engine incl replacement of all connecting hose pipe and suitable fixing clamps and reseting to complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the radiator from the engine of 45 KVA DG set installed at 5255 ASC Coy and trasporting the radiator from site to workshop . Dismantling the radiator in and inlcuding descaling, washing with suitable chemical , gas welding the leaking tube whichever required for proper functioning of radiator . The radiator should be fixed in proper condition by the mechanic of authoriesed Kirloshkar company/Kirloshkar dealer. After repair retransportation from workshop to site and fixing the same with engine incl replacement of all connecting hose pipe and suitable fixing clamps and reseting to complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
