TERMS AND CONDITONS 1. The terms and conditions for the maintenance of computers and peripherals shall remain in force for the period for one year (12 months) from the date of agreement as follows:- (a) Our service engineer shall visit and rectify the fault when a compalint is lodged by the user. (b) 25% amount is payble at the end of the Qtr (03 months) basis on claim of contractor. (c) AMC rates quoted are inclusive of all services & spares provided by the firm for the machines covered under annual maintenance contract. The parts not covered under AMC are hard disk. RAM and UPS battery, cartridges and adoptors. Any defective parts upto Rs. 5000/- will be replaced by the firm. Backup of data shall be the responsibility of the user department. (d) Supplier/contractor shall be liable to repair/replace any defective parts found to restore the normal functioning of the machine Drvier/installation CDs for motherboard, sound cards, display cards LAN cards, printers and other peripherals shall e provided by the user. (e) AMC services does not cover burns due to electric breakdown, short circuiting or physical damages, breakages of plasitc parts. Data entry if any will be provided by the user department. (f) Preventive maintenance will be carried out once in every month irrespective of the complaints. (g) Contractor is liable to detail a suitable Service Engineer who visit to rectify the complaints as and when required and called for within a period of 24 hours otherwise 14% recovery of quoted rate per week or part thereof will be made. (h) Complaint shall be lodged on tele/mobile or in person therefore contractor will provide his mobile No. & Service Mobile No.
