Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories compatible with eixisting arrangement 230V, 1200/1400mm sweep, minimum air delivery 210CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing & laying GI tubing medium grade with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/walls/floors all as specified and directed of following size:-

40 mm bore GI Pipe medium grade

25 mm bore GI pipe medium grade

15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade

20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade

Supply testing and commissioning of gun metal globe or gate valves ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of following size bore complete fixed as in repairs. Note:- In case of short length, GI fittings i.e Nipples / Union sockets etc. required to fix the valve will be provided by contractor, the rate deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.for following size:-

Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed

Supply and fix ball valves, Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe , flynut (accessories) complete including necessary elbow, socket & nipple complete all as specified and directed suitable for 25 mm bore size.

Supply and laying XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty with PVC insulated, armoured cable, 3.5 core 70 sqmm in service supply connection passing through trenches, walls, road crossings and poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand for UG cable cushioning including punning on top and bottom of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0 mm ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than2.25 mtrs below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 5of SSR part 1991, 40 mm dia watering pipe light grade 1.70 mtr long with plug at top, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board including testing after completion. Note :- (i)maximum length of GI wire ,protection pipe with each earth shall not exceed 7.5 mtrs . (ii)the 40 mm dia watering pipe shall be 20 cm above the ground level and be provided with 40 mm dia GI plug at top and no concrete watering pit/cover shall be provided.

Supply and fixing of SKB main switch fuse connector box 4 pole, 415 volts 100 Amp capacity alonwith HRC fuse connector icluding proper thimbles, fixing on DB'S Complte all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps.
