Disconnecting defective indoor/outdoor type transformer of various capacities 200 KVA to 315 KVA from HT/LT sides drain out transformer oil completely and keep storing the oil in suitable clean container (to be provided by the contractor) opening Top Cover and lifting assembly and core assembly carefully and checking the condition, refilling the transformer oil completely after necessary repair, and fixing the top cover complete all as specified and directed .Note:- (a) Rewinding of the transformer shall be measured and paid separately. (b) In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer which cannot be undertaken at site the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop and the quoted rate shall be exclusive of this aspect.c) Dismantling of core and repairs shall be measured and paid separately.d) Shifting of transformer shall be measured and paid separately. Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable circuit tap changer assembly and supply and fix off circuit tap changer assembly suitable for any make of 100 KVA to 500 KVA transformer with 7 tapping position including opening top cover breaker etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Contractor is solely responsible for making good of any damage to transformer during tap changing operation without any extra cost.

Supply, filling and topping up the transformer/OCB’s with new transformer oil duly filtered with filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 60KV. Note :- (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure to Avoid wastage at transformer oil. (c) The contractor fully responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

Supply and fixing silica gel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and refixing of new HT & LT coils/strips, disconnecting the 200 KVA to 315 KVA 11KV/430Volts indoor/outdoor transformer HT/LT side, drain out transformer oil completely, storing the oil in suitable container/barrels properly cleaned ones (to be provided by the contractor) lifting the transformer from the sub station and shifting to civil workshop and opening the top cover. and Taking out core Assembly , Opening HT/LT brush damage coil opening / removeing the save and fixing New HT/LT copper coil Made out of proper size suitable for DPC copper wire of high quality suitable rating sleeve insulating materials like varnish etc, complete after necessary arrangement with new coils, necessary insulation spacing blocks, runners and proper refixing of core. Note:-(i) HT & LT copper coil/strips and insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item schedules. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for cutting / chipping of RCC and for the minor grill work such as PCC, plastering foundation work. (iii) Proper drying has to be done in drying chamber after drying, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil having good dielectric strength, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc complete by fixing top cover, conservator etc, through cleaning and painting to the transformer with good quality paint complete and testing complete at civil workshop. (iv) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (v) Installation of transformer, testing and connecting the both HT & LT cables, commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and all loading the transformer to the full load all as specified and directed. (vi) The cost of coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving and insulating material.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.
