Chipping of concrete, roughening the surface and clearing away the materials chipped to the place shown by the Engineer - in - charge

Special ceiling plastering for RCC slabs, beams, sunshades, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 with acrylic bonding agent, 10 mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, hacking, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete .

Painting one coat with white Cement Paint over newly plastered wall surfaces including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing. cost of all materials, scaffolding, leads, lifts, labours, brush curing etc., complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls, and clearing away the materials removed to the place shown by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12 mm thick for brick wall surface for outside and inside for all floors at all levels, including cost of all materials,scaffolding, lead, lift, labour, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete.

Distempering two coats with approved colour including thorough scrapping , clean removal of dirt , etc, complete and , including cleaning preparing the surfaces, cost of all labour, scaffolding, Material, lead, lift etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Fan points (SD 23)( As instructed by the engineer at site)

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light points (SD 23)( As instructed by the engineer at site)

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 Pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC Plug point. (As instructed by the engineer at site)

Supply and fixing of 40 W LED industrial type fitting 'INDURA' (Philips /Crompton) complete with conduit pipe suspension, with PVC unsheathed copper leads from the terminals to the fittings with LED lamps. (As instructed by the engineer at site)

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm Pvc unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm T.W switch box in flush with wall covered with 3mm tk. Hylum sheet for 15 amps 3pin flush type non interlocking C.S plug including pin top with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG T.C. wire for plug point. (As instructed by the engineer at site)

Supplying and fixing of 23 cm angular holder with EI fancy shade glass with 9 W LED bulb.

Supplying and fixing of 1400mm (56") sweep AC ceiling fan with regulator with Suitable down rod on the existing clamps of crompton / rally / Orient including cost of all materials lead, lift etc., complete. SD(114)

Removal of existing damaged pressed tiles - in-charge and clearing away the debris carefully to the place as instructed by the Engineer etc.complete.

Providing and laying weather proof Tiles 300mmx300mm size over screed concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 6mm HBG metal with average thickness of 50 mm for required gradient and using best quality of one course of weather proof cooling white tiles of approved quality using in CM 1:3, 12mm thick and using 3mm spacer and pointing with water Repellent U Bond and grout including cost of all materials, transport curing etc., complete.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls and pressed tiles and flooring weathering course including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour complete, etc.,

Ellis pattern floor finishing of 20mm thick with cement concrecte 3 to 10mm chips including cost of all materials, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 12 mm thick for ceilling including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.
