(1)Reconstruction of Road "3.00m Span RCC Slab Culvert at Ch. 400.00 m on MB Road to Chamuapara" Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (I) Private Land

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved meterial obtained from borrow oit with all lift and leads , transporting to site ,soreading gradding to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.

By Mix in place Methd (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density coplete as per cl.401 (with an initial lead of 5.00Km) (including cost of testing of materials at site and labortory as directed by deptt.)

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screeninig/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to reqd. density(with an initial lead of 5.00km) By mechanical means Grading-II(Using Screening type-B)(11.2mm aggregates)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Provided only on WBM surface)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequat space between vertical posts for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
