Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Rate for flushing of borewell of 6" dia requiring less than 4 hours operation using drill rods/ hose with required size of pipes for various capacity compressor including transportation, labour, and fuel charges for compressors as directed by the TWAD Officer and conducting yield test by 'V' notch method if required.

Supply of 150mm dia P.V.C. Casing pipe

Labour charges for inserting 150mm PVC casing pipes assembly (with slot or without slots) in the drilled bore including jointing the pipes etc complete.

Developing the borewell eith air compressor of 300 cfm capacity ( minimum 8 hours ) including transportation, labour, and fuel charges for compressor as directed by corporation officers and conducting yield test by ' V ' notch method.

Supply and delivery of three phase wet type submersible pumpset with duly 50 lpm x 100m head conform to IS 8034/88 with stainless steel shaft dynamically balanced SS impeller SS pump and motor casings and directly coupled to suitable capacity continuous rated three phase 50 cycles at 220V (10%) induction motor conform to IS 9283/95 of wet type and suitable for 150mm dia borewell the pumpset should be supplied with 5m length of suitable size 3 coreflat submersible cable.

Supply and delivery of PVC insulater and sheathed 3 core 4sq mmcopper cable conforming to IS 694/1990 suitable for submersible pumpset.

Supply and delivery of MS Kiosk of size 0.75m x 0.45m x 0.75m made up of MS angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 4mm alround covered with 16 gauge MS sheet and Kiosk door made up of MS plates of size 25mm x 3mm including cutting, welding, grinding locking arrangements, labour charges etc. complete P.52-1 TWAD
