All kinds of soil as per HSR item No. 4.12.1 @87/ cum

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, cum plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. as per HSR item No. 4.32 @ Rs. 52/- per cum

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS : 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC, NP2 MARKED WITH IS : 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete is all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer - in -charge. i/d HSR item No. 20.62.9 for 700mm dia @ Rs. 1512/-Mtr.

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded cum as per HSR Item No. 6.1.16@ Rs. 2735/- per cum.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR item No. 7.20.1 @Rs. 4341/- per cum

10 mm thick cement plaster finished with a floating cot of neat cement of mix 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per HSR item no 11.4.2 @ Rs. 96/- per Sqm.

Providing & fixing steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263mm x 165mm of orange colour, confirming to specification in pump chambers, manholes etc., having minimum 3mm thick polypropylene polymer confirming to is:10910 encapsulated on 12mm dia ribbed steel bars per IS : 1786. The rate include cost of setting the same to correct lines and levels duly embedded in 1 :2:4 cement concrete including carriage, loading, uploading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc., complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as per HSR item No. 21.28 @ Rs. 334/- per each.

Providing & fixing of C.I. Nakka comp in all respect as per current market rate (Alfa wall) as per approved PWD specifications completed in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge @Rs. As per Nos.

Providing and fixing of RCC Pipe NP3 700 mm dia for Road crossing HSR Item No. 21.95.6 @Rs. 3204 per meter
