Excavation in tranches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipes etc and getting out including levelling of bottom surface and trimming of sides complted all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spearing, levelling, waering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each competed all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged PPR pipe of 20 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor/ground/surface including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, Laying and testing 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R Plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fitting of size 20mm outer dia laid in trenches, fixed to wall, floor, ground, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent item.

Material and labour for pull out the 90 mm HDPE PE100 PN 16 water supply Pipe line from the Span which is of 700 Mtr length hanging between M. Dogri location to Samsung more over Pare-Chu River after care fully disconnection of both ends of pipe line, opening of hanging rings etc, anchoring the other side with and making arrangement for locking of main pipe line with traper machine with suitable size of SWR complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The serviceable joint materials like clamp set, nuts, bolts, washers will be kept in safe custody for reuse and schedule of credit will be paid against the unserviciable/retrieved materials.

Material and labour for checking the damaged pipe line, replace with new pipe line, making joints, rings and relaying the 90mm HDPE PE100 PN 16 Pipe line on the same span as mentioned in above item carefully duly making the arrangement for locking and hanging of HDPE 90 mm pipe line with the help of traper machine duly fixed on both side on basement , employment of experienced labour on the site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The length of new pipe, jointing materials etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and Labour for HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100 PN 16 of dia 110mm fixed on surface/wall including anchoring arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100 PN 16 of dia 90mm fixed on surface/wall including anchoring arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of clamps with internal teeth work for jointing the two ends of HDPE pipe PE 100, PN 16 of dia 90mm with the help of HDPE Pipe of dia 110/80mm & medium grade GI pipe/ clamp on both ends, including locking arrangment of clamps with each other, nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The GI tube and HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and Labour in replacement for 50 mm bore HDPE Pipe of pressure rating 6 Kg/sqcm with all fittings from Water main reservoir to unit area laid in trenches and making joints and pipe line leak proof complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

S& F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement three phase power contactor 7.5 KW 18 Amp in Motor starter panel complete all as specified and directed. Make :BCH cat Part No CE15D1N3 or equivalent in L&T or Havells as approved.

Supply and fix in replacement push button in Motor starter panel complete all as specified and directed . Make : Havells/BCH/L&T

S&F in repair cast iron sluice valve of 80 mm bore PN 1.6 with flanged ends confirming to IS 14846 complete with packing rubber gasket, nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Ferric Alum (aluminium sulphate) used for purification of water as a chemical flocculant complete all as specified and directed.
