M & L for HT 11 KV cable XLPE cable fault locating by removing the both ends of the cable and locating the fault with Fault Locating machine with necessary manpower for excavating the faulty area and making the faulty cable as serviceable with suitable size of Straight through joint kit etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Straight Through joint kit only will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and laying in replacement of UG XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductors, 11000 Volts (E) grade, of cross section mentioned under, after removing the unserviceable XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :-Earth work, cable protection cover, sand etc will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and Fix HT 11 KV 3 phase 50 cycle out door, Polymer type Air Break Switch (GOD) suitable for horizontal / vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators operating handle and all GI pipes, clamps, nuts, bolts etc of rating upto 200 Amps after removing the unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV 3 phase 50 cycle out door, Polymer type Air Break Switch (GOD) suitable for horizontal / vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators operating handle and all clamps, nuts, bolts etc of rating upto 400 Amps after removing the unserviceable GODs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in replacement of 11 KV Drop out fuse unit Polymer type ,11KV,200Amps Channel type as per relevant IS 9385 Part I / II complete including dismantling of damaged / unserviceable DO fuse unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in replacement of 11 KV Drop out fuse unit, Polymer type ,11KV,400Amps Channel type as per relevant IS 9385 Part I / II complete including dismantling of damaged/unserviceable DO fuse unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and Re Stringing / Fixing only in position of sagged ACSR conductors in over Head lines conductor (squirrel / wessel / Rabbit) including binding with Aluminium wire complete after replacement of existing unserviceable insulators, removing and refixing of UG Cables / service wires to the ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Felling / Cutting of branches of trees exceeding 30 cm and not exceeding 100 cm grith including cutting of branches around HT line keeping horizontal clearance of 2 mtr from the line of span not more than 50 mtr and removing material and disposal of cut branches to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and clearing site complete all as directed

Surface Excavation not exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying of Graval / sand / levelling of ground etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of four pole structure consisting of 4 Nos Steel pole 9 mtr above ground level with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint or as per colour code complete and servicing the structure fully by tightening the jumpers, connections, greasing the contact points of Air Break Switch etc and replaced the wornout parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of two pole structure consisting of 2 Nos Steel pole 9 mtr above ground level with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint or as per colour code complete and servicing the structure fully by tightning the jumpers, connections, greasing the contact points of Air Break Switches etc and replaced the wornout parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of four pole structure consisting of 4 Nos PSC pole 9 mtr above ground level with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint for PCC poles surface and two coats of aluminium paint for steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of two pole structure consisting of 2 Nos PSC pole 9 mtr above ground level with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel / aluminium paints on metal members and cement based paint on PSC pole surfaces and two coats of aluminium paint for steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC Sleeve (Colour code red , yellow and Blue) suitable for ACSR conductor, Rabbit type including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in hard / dense soil for laying of cable / GI pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep and getting out in hard / dense soil and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying of poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance of outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI pipes "light grade" complete including all fittings of size 100 mm dia ISI marked laid in floors / trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed for cable protection after removing the old retreived unserviceable pipes.

S&F of GI pipes "light grade" complete including all fittings of size 80 mm dia ISI marked laid in floors / trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed for cable protection after removing the old retreived unserviceable pipes.
