Disconnecting exsiting water storage tanks of capacity exc 250ltr and n exc 500 ltr, removal of unusable tank from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. with necessary chemical / bleaching powder, capacity upto 500 ltrs including refixing in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & 20mm dia tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore of galvanised iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing, cutting/chasing and making good in CM 1:3 in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor complete in all respect as specified.

Fixing only tubes 15mm bore any grade to walls and ceiling or laying in floors

Taking up or down 20mm bore of galvanised Iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing, cutting/chasing and making good in CM 1:3 in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cover suitable for 500ltr capacity water storage tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun matel globe or gate valves with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers as on roof including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping etc including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles terracing over and including bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick, including jointed, grouted and flush pointing of roof brick tiles with ready mix cement mortar of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 16 but Except tiles

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone Aggregate) as in bed blocks for gola, hold fast, coping bedding rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L jointed, grouted and flush pointing of roof brick tiles with ready mix cement mortar of approved make and including raking out old jointed, grouted / flush pointing, cleaning of brick or brick tiles, laid flat, in roofs, etc complete all as directed and specified.

Removal of Vegetation from approachable/unapproachable roof of block and surrounding walls by cutting shrubs, wild growth/tree not exc 30cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick walls and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or CM 1:3 as directed and disposing the rubbish beyond MD land complete all as specified and directed

Cutting and taking out plants, tree roots from Md Accn bldgs in any position and height and treated with necessary chemical/acid to avoid for this growth and making good the disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 type BO including finishing etc complete all as directed and specified. (Note: The cost of scaffolding required for repairs is deemed to be in the quoted rate by the Contractor).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc including rubbish off the premises beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 23 above but except brick.

M&L 15mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar of approved make on wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in chajja, kitchen slab, chullah hood, chimney portion, manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Steel reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length including mild steel stack clamps (as per sample) fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), with all fittings viz. heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc, removal rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 30 but 75mm bore

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 31 but 75mm bore

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair with using extra cement grooves filled with bitumen mastic filling of mix (1:2) (bitumen and sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware gully trap, square or round mouthed, 150 x 150 mm size, shape as required, including taking out of old GT and jointing with old connection and pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made RCC GT Cover of Size 400mm x 500mmx 50mm thick or as per site requirement with 01 No handle and 150mm dia notch at one side of cover at center at 500mm long side complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F 75mm bore cast iron sand cast soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in vertical surfaces and including dismantling of cast iron drain pipes including fittings, jointed in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 40 but 100mm bore

S&F CI branch piece single (equal or unequal) 100 mm ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with paralled branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm CI bends (any radius) diminishing pieces or taper (large base measured) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 above but 75mm bore.

M&L for framed work as in door/vent/CB chowkats of angle or other section, frame work for chajja with gusset plates, cooler stand, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and including cutting brick work for hold fast confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' including necessary welding and including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for concerete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mm thick plain black mild steel sheeting in as in door shutter covering including, welding or soldered joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer exc 10mm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door/window/ventilator frames with shutters not exc 1.50 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium ventilator, openable, (top hung and bottom portion fixed type) without sash bars with aluminium section of weight 0.55 kg/RM including glazing, wiremesh, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, hook & eye minimum one no on each shutter( for top hung shutter), one no aluminium tower bolt 100mm long and 75mm long aluminium handle in each shutter etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate of Glazing and wiremesh included in quoted rate and nothing extra payble on this acount).

M&L kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as a one piece area not exc 1.00 sqm in tread and riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillers laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer all as specified & directed. Note : Colour / shade as approved by Engr in charge.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 144114.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
