Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers

Removing of Burst RCC Pipes 300 mm dia from the pipeline and removal of slushy soil and bailing out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipe including jointing and cost of refilling the pipeline with water for retesting the pipeline etc complete (excuding the cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work).

Rates for conveyance of 450 mm dia DI Pipes and specials. For 1 pipe weigth = 635 Kg Hence 47 Pipes weight = 47*635 = 29845Kg

Supplying of DUCTILE IRON SOCKET/SPIGOT PIPES FOR CLASS K9 AS PER IS 8329/2000 - 450mm dia

Lowering of D.I Pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the Officers

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314 1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths

Brick work in cement motor 1:3 one cement three sand using with chamber burnt bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4 etc complete as per std specifiction

Plastering in cement mortor1:3(20mmthick mixed with water proofing compound mix at 2% by weight of cement complying with standard specification (Outer 1.06 x 4 sides + Inner 0.6 x 4 sides)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per class 406 of MORTH specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half fine aggregates and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Dewatering by engaging diesel engine of 5.00 to 7.50 HP

Dismantling the damaged manhole, the Waste Material away from site etc complete as per std specification

Plain cement Concrete mix 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete asper standard specification.(S.D. 127) - Manhole cover BENCHING

Supplying of 600mm dia FRC manhole frame to suit 600 mm clear opening manhole frame.
