SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACMENT/ CONVERTING CI PIPE TO GI PIPE OF SOURCE NO 01 AT ZAKHAMA MIL STN

Amount

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth n exc 10 sqm on plan for depth for foundations, manholes/sewage line etc and getting out in Hard Dense Soil. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or taking down CI/DI of size 100 mm,150 mm and 200 mm dia and connections including cleaning for refixing or stacking separately for disposing under schdule of credit for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed :- Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting the existing CI/DI pipe line by necessary tools without damaging the pipe lines as required up to 150 mm dia for necessary insertion of new fitting or replacing of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : - Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separetaly under revelant items.

M & L for Fittings for Spigot and socketed pipes for replacing the damaged /unsv CI fittings ,bends(any type any radius/angle) straight,bend,increasung or decreasing double sockets) Tee pieces single branch, cross(all sockets and spigot collars etc) for the 100/150mm dia of pipes.complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying GI tubing medium grade 150 mm bore glavanised flanged, laid in trenches including connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of provision of insertion flanged with necessary nuts bolts and washers in place of Sockets is deemed to be inclusive for entire length of GI pipe.

S&F 150mm bore Cast Iron Pipes with and including new fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, centrifugally cast class LA.etc laid in floors /ceiling and including clips, wall hooks etc,complete and making necessary connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Run Lead joint in spigot and socket pipes and fittings of size 150 mm dia including necessary caulking the spun yarn as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint with rubber or fibre board gasket suitable for 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Taking out sluice valves 150 mm bore from valve pit chambers and main lines complete all as specified and directed

Taking out Air Release valves 150 mm bore from valve pit chambers and main lines complete all as specified and directed

Supply & install sluice valves, flanged end of class 1.6PN of size 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Air release valve double chamber IS-14845 of 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed

Leakage detection in CI water mains of 150 mm bore and carry out necessary repairs including cutting both ends and insertion of short piece all as specified and directed (Note- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of earth work.
