12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand Asian or equivalent manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and steel wire mesh ,channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking withinCSIO

Dismentling of , FRP sheet roofing, shutters,false ceiling , pvc flooring,old plaster etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within CSIO as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Malba/earth by mechanical means including loading, unloading leveling etc.beyond CSIO campus.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.with approved colour, design & pattern.

Carrying out petty jobs of welding works with necessaqry tools, welding set & rods etc. for petty works at diffrent locations which can not be measured as directed by engineer in charge.which otherwise can not be mearsured.

Providing & fixing Polycarbonate sheet Solar control, 10 mm thick multiwall (Grade 2UR IR 105 R 175) in approved colour/shade and pattern in roofing/ partitions etc. The polycarbonate sheet should have tensile strength not less than 60N/ sqm , and heat deflection temperature of 140 degree and two sides UV protected .The sheet should be fixed with the help of Aluminium section specially desgned for carrying the sheet in proper shape and pattern and make it water tight by neoprene gasket alaround i/c all necessary nuts ,bolts and washers etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in charge Make - Sabic or equalent) .

Electrical Part Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.GROUP C
