Patakura Bridge to Orisabindha Road__SDBC0.000 to 4.000

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Reworking or Rerolling the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with quarry dust and compacting finished surface. etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pit with all lead & lifts, transporting to site by Mechanical means within a lead of 5 km, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 and clause 305 of MOSRT&H tec. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
