Development of Camping/Tentage site at Galitop in Sudhmahadev Conservation Reserve

Amount

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation & in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kind of soil.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposit layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) - complete job.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm).

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bend at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia est. complete L.S.

Carriage of stone from source to site of work by M.T./H.L. including loading, unloading, stacking and all lead & lift.

Carriage of bricks from source to site of work by M.T./H.L. including loading, unloading, stacking and all lead & lift.

Carriage of stone aggregate (bajri) from source to site of work by M.T./H.L. including loading, unloading, stacking and all lead & lift.
