Conceptualisation, Designing , Development, Manufacturing ,Supplying and Fixing 3 mm FR Grade (class B) ACM cladding over existing Metro pillars as perdesired circular shaped, composite panels will be cladded & wrapping over Al. frame work clamping type to be made by using Al. flat of 65 X 5 mm (±2mm) thick bolted & tightended on both ends as an clamping arrangements over the existing Metro pillar without any making holes by drilling or welding and Prismatic film duly digital printed on recommended platform machine with non flammable water based green inks.One extra layer of transparent UV lamination to increase the life of printing pasted over base sheeting in full & finally bonded/ pasted through mechanical roller machine on 3 mm ACM (FR Class B Grade) & fixed on Aluminium flat framing, The complete solution shall be such that the same can be dismantled and reinstalled without any damage to Visual Identity Panel as well as Metro Pillars and should sustain the performance for warranty period of five years without compromising the original appearance

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered of concrete exterior surfaces. (HSR 16.25)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (DSR 13.48A) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. (DSR 13.48A.1)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (DSR No. 14.72)

Conceptualization , Designing , Development , Supplying and Applying Prismatic reflective Sheeting over existing Metro RCC Beams as per shaped , wrapping over directly on RCC beam by using Polyurethane sealant as basic coat to prepare surface preparation and proper curing and adhesive primer applying two coat as per recommended intervals . After that reflective film digital printed on recommended platform machine with green inks and further one extra layer of transparent UV Lamination to increase the life of printing pasted over complete printing area bonded /pasted through hand rollers and squeezes applications and all edges will also be sealed by edge sealers complete excluding scaffolding etc.

Dismantling and reinstallation of existing graphics ACP panels already installed on the metro pillars by using scaffolding/ crane, tools and equipment, labour inclusing missing hardware/ repairs required (if any) as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of already fixed facia, and graphic works on metro pillar by using cleanig solvents as recommended by eng in charge with all consumables, tools,equipments inculding scafoldding/ tower Ladder. A pillar to be done once in two month.
