| 4 | Taking down and Repair/ Replacement of Material & Labour Chemical Earthing, maintenance free with 17.2mm electrode copper coated steel rod 3 mtrs long using 23 kg of powerfill and 9kg power set compound with brass clamps (earth pit not less than 3.0 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the electrode connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, and nuts check nuts and washers of brass including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling, removal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mts, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 40MM thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement all as specified and directed and tested on completion no pay should be done above 4 Ohms of earth resistance.
