Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cable etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 500 mtrs & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-I, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for protection of cable and gap between adjacent cover not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 80mm bore GI tubing light grade as in protection pipe for cable road crossing/ on pole/ walls/ plinth or similar position including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 100mm bore GI tubing light grade as in protection pipe for cable road crossing/ on pole/ walls/ plinth or similar position including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making hole below the road/wall etc. for crossing the GI pipe light grade 80/100mm for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for relaying/ rerouting including taking down unserviceable HT XLPE cable from trench of any size and any type after fault detection including necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation work measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Dismantling/ disconnecting electric connection of underground HT XLPE cable 11 KV upto 185 sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in HT cable of any size/ type with fault locating machine in the entire length and removing the moisture from HT cable charging the HT cable with the help of modern fault detector equipment by reputed agency and reconnecting and commissioning of cable after testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house liase with Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of outdoor HT feeder pillar box suitable for upto 1 incoming and 3 outgoing HT cables 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11 KV, 3 core of size upto 185 sqmm including provision of cable with glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legs of 90cm long using 60x60x6mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 base of appropriate size including necessary excavation, earth work including fencing with locable gate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Size of bus bar: Length- 1220mm, Width-50mm, Thickness-10mm)

Cleaning of area around the switch gears, transformers and sub station etc. including removing grass, trees, roots/ shrubes etc. upto 100 sqm and also removing extra soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
