Carpentry job

Fabrication of wodden Boxes of required sizes using scrap packing wood( including dismantling of scrap W/Boxes for fabrication of new Boxes). Packing of materials with proper nailing and straping. Each operation involves carrying out the above duties every day. (Minimum 1 skilled carpenter as per section III shall be present at site during general shift hours for carrying out the above work) In a year around 250 operations are envisaged and the contractor shall depute the carpenter for carrying out the above activities as per EIC directives. Penalty of Rs 900/- will be levied incase of not attending the work for carrying out the operation.

Painting Job

Painting of Capital /F&F Numbers, addresses on packages, Stock Card Number, location, quantity on item & bins etc. Each operation involves carrying out the above duties every day. (Minimum 1skilled painter as per section III shall be present at site during general shift hours for carrying out the above work) In a year around 250 operations are envisaged and the contractor shall depute the painter for carrying out the above activities as per EIC directives. Penalty of Rs 900/- will be levied incase of not attending the work for carrying out the operation.

Material Handling

Shifting, lifting & segregation of materials at Stores yards using Departmental Forklift. Delivering the material using departmental forklift to various locations in BARC. Each operation involves carrying out the above duties every day. (Minimum 1experienced driver as per section III shall be present at site during general shift hours for carrying out the above work) In a year around 250 operations are envisaged and the contractor shall depute the forklift operator for carrying out the above activities as per EIC directives. Penalty of Rs 900/- will be levied incase of not attending the work for carrying out the operation.

Manual handling of materials

Loading / Unloading /Lifting/Shifting/opening of packages, Collection/issue/packing of material operation of Weigh Bidge, and other miscellanious work related to stores. Each operation involves carrying out the above duties every day (Minimum 5 unskilled labourer as per section III shall be present at site during general shift hours for carrying out the above work) In a year around 250 operations are envisaged and the contractor shall depute 5 numbers unskilled labor for carrying out the above activities as per EIC directives. Penalty of Rs 900/- will be levied incase of not attending the work for carrying out the operation per each unskilled labor.

Scrap Colletion

Segregation, loading & shifting of Scrap materials from various Loactions to Dumping yard inside plant premises, BARC by Contractors labourers and tractor. Minimum 2 unskilled labor along with tractor and driver shall have to be arranged by the contractor.
