PERIODICAL SERVICES, REPAIRS TO FLOORING AND OTHER RELATED WORKS AND DAY TO DAY PETTY REPAIR TO VARIOUS BUILDINGS AT MD OTM ACCN AND WELCOME MAINT TO OFFRS MD ACCN AT NAVAL STATION THANE UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Petty repairs to wooden joinery works such as Resecuring or easing and adjusting of doors, tower bolts, handles, windows kitchen cabinets in any size, refixing hinges,repair/replacement of wiremesh and glass panes etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engineer In charge. (Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required will be provided by the department .) Note item No 1 and 2 : (a) Rep of contractor will collect details of complint from departmant. The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him.

(c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered portion under GE(NW) Mankhurd. (e) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system.

All as per No.1 abouve but Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers stop cocks by tightening and providing spindle,washer repairs to float valves, low leveled cistern to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engineer In Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick / stone masonry or concrete surfaces, on walls, laid in two layers, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement content of finishing layer finished fair and even without using extra cement including taking down existing old plater and all necessary scaffolding / staging as required complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks or concrete work in CM 1:6, finished the surfaces even & smooth incl taking down existing old plaster and preparation of old surfaces in patches for repairs at any places inside the bldg complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick, stone or concrete surfaces laid in two layers, Ist layer 15mm thick and finishing layer 5mm thick mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement content of finishing layer finished fair and even without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding/staging as required including preparation of old surfaces in patches for repairs at any places outside the bldg incl taking down old plaster any type complete all as specified and directed.(The work will be in carried out in patches as directed)

Supply only intergal liquid water proofing compound. (ISI Marked).

M& L preparing new surfaces of walls applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel Friction hinges for Cupboard etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
