M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS 5820-1970, class HV, type 1,flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm.

Supply and laying in trenches / on roof / on wall / steel water tubing 80mm dia galvanised light grade with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of indoor type LT feeder pillar box, double door, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Copper bus bar not less 400 Amps for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. S&F HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole for 11 KV overhead line , suitable for 12 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand voltage and 9 KV Arrestor rating with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round/square/flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying synthetic Insulating Mat of size 2m X 1m and 2.0 mm thick for up to 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per is 15652-2006 ,(Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety made from synthetic insulating material, free from any insertions leading to detoriation of insulating properties. Note : The upper surface should have small aberration (Rough Surface) with out edges to avoid slippery effects.The mat should be fire retardant & self extiguishing complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
