PART-A - Operation & CMC of EMS

Comprehensive Maintenance of various electromechanical services as per departmental specifications / conditions with arranging required specilized /skilled persons on need basis & by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required. (Detailed inventory attached separately).(a)Complete Building Electrical installations & Fans, Compound Lighting and Lightning Arresters. PART B -SERVICING OF EA SETS - Servicing of following capacity EA Set i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, by pass filter , lube oil, coolant etc complete with cleaning of EA set complete as required. (The Dismantled/replaced material after service shall be the property of contractor and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.The Dismantled/replaced material shall be disposed off by the contractor on prior intimation & approval of building /Exchange/Engineer in charge with gate pass & in accordance to the latest environmental & pollution control guide lines ).(a)1010 KVA EA SET

PART C - REPLACEMENT OF EA SET BATTERIES - SITC of New Maintenance free 24V Heavy duty Lead acid battery with buy back of existing unserviceable battery, i/c initial charging, suitable for Genset cranking duty, with Manufacturer warranty of Minimum 24 Months etc as required.(Make: Cummins make 24V, 100Ah battery with SMPS Charger System ).
