The bidder/traders must submit the OEM authorization, if OEM does not provide the direct authorization to bidder/traders than sub authorization from authorized distributor of OEM for NWR is accepted. Non-submission of valid AUTHORIZATION, their offer consider invalid and offer will be summarily rejected (Note: Please also refer the other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Para 1.2 of general conditions of tender in section-II of NWR tender condition (SBD) and DPP and other policy guidelines issued by the Railway Board on the matter time to time%u201D

Statutory Variation Clause : Statutory variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by state/central government in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways account.
