Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with PT & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.
Supply & Delivery 1000 KVA, 3 Phase , Cast Resin Dry Type Transfirmer suitable for operation in 11KV/0.433 KV, 415V, 50Hz power supply, having cable end box in the HV side & provision for bus truncking at LV side and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC. Erection, Testing & commissioning of all electrical equipment incl. Bracket , hardware of 8.0 Mtr octagonal GI pole 1.6 Km from the store to work-site with foundation of M20 grade concrete for 8.0 Mtr GI Octagonal Pole with all the materials like sand, cement, stone chips, reinforcement steel, binding wire etc as relevant IS Code. by PCC Base foundation having (L-1000mm x W-1000mm x H-100mm) & RCC foundation having dimension (L-600mm x W-600mm x H-1600mm) including neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) partly below and above ground level. Supply & delivery of 240V, 90W LED Street Light fittings has system lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt and made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection.
Supply & delivery of 240V 150W LED Flood Light fittings has system lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt and made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection.
Fixing only Street Light/Floodlight Fitting on existing single arm bracket and complete with all accessories including clamping arrangement with necessery inter-connection.
Supplying & Fixing PVC waterproof type looping cable box (As per EIC) size minimum 200x150x100 mm deep comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, two provision of compression type brass cable gland for upto 4- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, suitable "C" type 4mm thick MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.
SITC of Glowsign Board (Router cutting) with liquid Acrlyic letters with adhesive on ACP Board of 3 mm Thick ( Make - Aludecor/ Alstone) of suitable size to accommodate all the matters / contains as approved by the authority to be made with 25 x25 x 4 mm M.S angle Iron, 18 S.W. G square/ Round Hollow bar , Base plate (10mm Thickness) required for fixing the necessary Nuts , Bolts , Washers , supporting angle Iron , Clamp etc. and ACP Sheet on Front sides & edges only & back side to be covered by GI Sheet (with proper ventilation arrangement),All side to be moulded unifornmly, Side fabricated by Aluminium 'L' Channel , upon which elevated or box type letter made from imported liquid acrylic will be fixed. The Thickness of Acrylic will be 5 mm (for small letters) , 8mm (for Big letters) and 10 mm (for very big letters). The Back Side of the letters is covered by 3 mm thick ACP (Make- Aludecor/Alstone). The inside of the letter Supplying and Fixing of best Quality LED Lighting arrangement of fully water proof 10 nos LED light fittings of 20 watt (100 lumen/watt). The letters are sealed by exterior grade Silicon. The back side of the Board Covered by 22 S.W.G G.I sheet with Nuts & Bolts. (Signage [10x4 x7 = 280 )
Intensity : Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch

The complete sign board would be fixed on roof of the bulding with providing necessary CC muffing , 1 no CI water proff 200x150x100 mm loop Box, 50x50x6mm MS angel for supporting the board of required length by nuts, bolts, washers etc. After drilling hols on the frame front facia. GSB would have 2 nos hinge type doors in back side to have the inside access including mending goods the damages to original finish.
Painting of any steel/ iron surface of the above Glow sign board with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.
2nd coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:- a. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
b. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
c. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
