Supply and erecting, centering for sides and soffits of all R.C.C. works including strutting, scofflding, casurina, casurina poles of 75 mm c/c and cross bracing of 60 cm c/c and over the top country wood runner of 60 cm c/c including loft and conveyance of all wood works and hire and running charges including cost of all labour charges for centering and strutting etc., complete as per standard specification as per directed by the departmental engineers. For plain surfaces

Supplying fabricating and placing to position MS or RTS rods including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for cutting bending, cranking, tying and lying in position etc., all complete as per standard specifications.

Plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part M sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Plastering with CM 1:5 mix 12 mm thick in all floors complying with including cost and conveyance all materials and labour charges for mixing applying and finishing smooth etc., complete as per standard specification.

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 mix 10 mm thick in all floors complying with including cost and conveyance all materials and labour charges for mixing applying and finishing smooth etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification..

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH
