Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure lattic type DTM, BXM, BCT, ALP etc. consisting of COLUMN, beam, peak, mast etc. and auxilary structure for installation of CTs, PTS, LAs, etc. The job consist of shifting of all material from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolt, flat & spring washer, matching the hole, cutting & matching of member if required including cost of all men and T & P excluding GI structure Nut & bolt to complete the work. Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure lattice type BCT, ALP etc. upon foundation and its proper tightening. (With Distribution Work)

Erection of 245 kV CB (110 KV DC Operated) with structure as per 220KV S/S TS.

Delta earthing of 198 KV LAs of 220 KV lines by 40mm dia 150 mm long conical shape its placing inside the ground in rectangular shape and connecting all 6/3 Nos electrodes with 75x10/50x6 mm MS flat laid on its edge and then this rectangle/tringle shape be connected to main earth mat at two place in opposite direction strictly as per drawing

198 KV LA (Rectangle shape by 06 electrodes) with 40mm dia round bar.

Laying of 40 mm size M S round bar below 700 mm from ground level including cutting straightening welding painting of joints excavation of treanch its back filling and all other associated work to complete the job.

Fabrication of 3 Meter long electrodes with following MS Rod having 150 mm long conical shape and then its placing vertically inside the ground with 700mm below ground level including cutting turning and machining of electrode.

Welding of straight joint matching with existing earth mat 300 mm over lapping dully painted with black Bitimus paint.

Welding of 90 digging cross joint of earth mat welding with 50x50x5 mm MS angle including cutting welding and painting with black Bitimus paint.(Including MS angle)

Earthing of equipments by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700 mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipments structure including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed. Excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work.

The work includes cutting of conductor, bending in proper shap, clamping with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the work.

220 KV Line Bay

Stringing of various Single Phase Main-I & Main-II bus of 220 KV with different type twin zebra conductor, different length of span as mentioned below. The work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of bolted type double tension / suspension fitting. Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from store site to erection site and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification.

Hoisting of 220KV KV string under Beam to pass the jumper including hanging of disc insulator and suspension fitting complete with all work.

Laying & Termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room equipments to 220KV CB, CT, PT and their juntion boxes. Transformer marshaling box, isolators box and other outdoor equipments installed in 220 KV switch yard as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work.

Providing and fixing of 120 Watt energy saving LED Luminaries of CGL/Phillips/Havel's make with complete lal? accessories in Gantry of 220kv Yard of the substation and on round pole as per technical specification and standard

Providing and fixing of Gl pipe of Dia 2" of B cass (OD-60mm, ID=50mm), 1.2 meter long for fixing on gantry and round pole complete with clamp and all accessories.

Laying of 2Cx 2.5sq.mm/4Cx 2.5 sq.mm PVC control cable

Laying of above size cable inside the trenches work including removal of tranch cover and completion of work resetting of trench cover.

Laying of above size PVC control cable inside PVC conduit Ipipe of standard make ISI mark 500mm below the ground level including cost of PVC pipe, T&P and labor.

Laving of 2Cx2.5 sq.mm cable on column of the structure by clamping the cable with the help of Al strip and laying of cable inside the inside pole.

Providing & Fixing

Providing and fixing of junction box for 120Watt Led light of size 300x190x95mm of SMC sheet with the help of bracket duly fixed with structure/pole by nuts & bolts. The junction box consist of 1 No. 06 Amp MCB of Havel's/Crompton/L&T make and Bakelite terminal strip of 04 Nos terminal, fixed inside the box. Al material and Ilabor shall be arrange by contactor at his own cost only.

Providing and fixing of 400 Watt flood LED light with complete fitting of CGL/Havel's/Philips make on 30mtr high mast light.

Providing and laying of 4Cx 4 sq.mm multistrand copper cable for high mast light.

Extension of Mulsifyre system at 220kV substation Morti up to the 220kV Bays Supply and laying below ground of different size of GI Pipe Jindal / Tata /Apollo make 'B' (medium) class for water pipe line as per specification (IS Code-1239) complete with elbow, Tee, Socket, reducer, painting I with pre coat of Epoxy/Equivalent primer finishing with 12 coat of black synthetic rubber paint as per specification. Work also Includes anti corrosive treatment with pypekote 2mm thick material for safety lof pipe from corrosion before laying in the ground

Supply & installation testing commissioning of complete set of fire hose boxe suitable for storage of its laccessories, 15 Mtr. long, 63 mm dia reinforced, rubber llined fire hose pipe (As per IS-636) with Nozzle Branch Pipe SS (As per IS-903) with fire hydrant Post with SS llending valve of 63 mm dia (As per IS Code: 5290)
