SIGNALS DETAILS- (1) Combined Luminous hall button and digital hall position indicators at all floors.(2) Car operating panel with GIEN buttons with digital car position indicator in car. (3) Battery Operated alarm bell and emergency light. (4) Over Load Warning indicator(5) Elevoice (6) Automatic Rescue Device ( 7) 16 Segment type indicator in car. ( 8) 16 segment type position indicator in lobby floors (9) 16 segment type position indicator in other floors. Make:- OTIS, KONE, MITUSBISHI, SCHNEIDER and JOHNSON.
The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of stell items, minor building work, Scaffolding etc. All sundry fittings, assemblies, accessories, hardware items, foundation blots, terminal lugs for electrical connections as required and which are usefull and necessary for proper assembly and efficient working of various components shall be deemed to have been included in this job, whether such items are specifically mentioned in the tender documents or not.
