M & L reinforced cement concrete M-20 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded aggregates) in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete.

M & L reinforced cement concrete M-20 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded aggregates) in column, pillars,post and struts.

Form work to flat fair finished surfaces sides of concrete foundations, footing, base of columns & similar work complete all as specified

M& L stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm graded aggregate in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm th in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of external brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L keyed pointing to square rubble masonary regular coursed or brought upto courses Bangalore type in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered..

M&L Granite black colour 18-20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding and polishing of all edges..

S&F Galvanised hot dipped concertina coil 610mm dia with punched tap, Razor wire of 2.6mm dia, Razor blade size 24mm x 13mm and thickness 0.50mm @ 35mm c/c, weight 8 kg (+ or – 5%) expendable 7-8 mtr including six rows of punched tap, Razor wire of 2.6mm dia, Razor blade size 24mm x 13mm and thickness 0.50mm @35mm c/c tied with concertina coil by necessary GI clips including joints of coils as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance .exc 250.00 M and not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Approved Moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, rolled using power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to gradient levelled and rammed including watering.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth ,spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick ,watering, ramming / rolling using power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne capacity and finishing to required size and shape etc n exc 1.5 mtr high from base.

Removing excavated material exc 50 m but not exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 above the starting point in any type of soil.

M&L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 ,1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces on brick masonry / concrete surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound . Note. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil

M & L Hardcore of broken granite stone gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L Cement concrete 75 mm thick type D-2 1:4:8(40 mm graded aggregate)

M & L Cement concrete 75 mm thick type B-1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) laid in panels not exceeding 6 Sqm, joints in panels shall be made with 4mm thick glass strips of width 75mm all as specified and directed.

M & L approved granite stone 100 mm thick of size n exc 1 sqm with hammer dressing of maximum depression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 6mm laid in pavings and similar work, joints grouted flush with cement mortar 1:6.

M & LTubes, 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings , 40 mm bore and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of stone masonry surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel frame work for ornamental and intricate design (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality -B) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet,1.00 mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to flooring all as specified.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary use and waste of form work in cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4. Note. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 46 above but 6mm to 8 mm dia

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of whitewash, complete all as specified and directed.

Making good to the existing wall (balance portion after partially demolished) with stone obtained from demolition including cutting, toothings and properly bonding into old work including facing and pointing to match existing work built with CM 1:4 etc complete.

S&F mild steel work in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc including embedding in concrete and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-16 complete all as specified and directed.
