Outsourcing of operation and maintenance of Indoor sports complex at IITG Campus (Group B)

Part-A : Regular Maintenance

Regular Maintenance of Indoor Stadium including cleaning of different courts, office rooms, all other room, floor area etc. by engaging cleaner and using cleaning materials as per scope of work and as directed by officer in-charge. (a) Badminton court at new and old building. (b) Table tennis court (c) Squash court (d) Gymnasium hall (e) Weight lifting room & Ladies Gymnasium at new and old building (f) All office rooms, corridors, gallary, lobby, stair case, Terrace, Veranda, Store room, toiletin old SAC, Toilets at field, Open Stage including toilets etc. should be cleaned regularly with specified chemicals like phenyl, Harpic, Bleaching Powder and providing and applying soap, napthalin, room freshner etc. as per requirement and scope of work. (as per break up analysis cost placed under Annexure-A in Sheet1)

Part-B: Probable Repair and Maintenance work items

Total amount of Part B: Probable Repair and Maintenance work items for 12 months as per Annexure-C in Sheet3 [Including GST@18%]

Bidder have to quote in next four sheets (Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet3) and figure will be automatically filled in this Abstract sheet.

Please ensure to quote rate in every item (blue box). If any item is left unquoted in next three sheets (PartA (Annexure A), Annexure B and PartB(Annexure C)), the tender will be rejected
