Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing with App (Atactic poly propylene) modified (Polymeric membrane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 littr per sqm. 2 ^ (nd) ,4^ th & 6 ^ (th) courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg./sqm, which shall consist blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS: 3 ^ (rd) and 5 ^ (th) layers of roofing membrane App modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thicfk of 2.25kg /sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mixed the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE flim 7 ^ (th) the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3finesand) mixed with 2% integral waterproofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of c ement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3fine sand) and finished neat (item of layer brick tiles shall be paid for separately)

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture afterthoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.i/c Priming coat with distemper primer.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer.over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1.50mm thick PVC antistatic venyl Flooring plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/metalled finish laid with approved adhesive on sub-floor (damp proofing treatment to be paid for separately)
