M & L applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on new surface over a coat of primer over and incl applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 It / 10 sqm over and including minimum 1mm thick exterior putty and crack to be filled with crack filler, complete all as specified and directed.
