Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground (level) and lowering if necessary, removal of the rubbish off the premises Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 100 mm thick type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) laid on concrete floors and pavings; laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and rough surface as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for damp proof course 40mm thkM-20 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 liquid grade as per manufacturer’s instructions with and including polythene film 200 micron over and including 85/25 grade Industrial bitumen (IS-702 : 1988) @ 1.5 kg/sqm blended with the dry sand @ 0.05 cubic meter/ sqm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) with 40mm graded crushed aggregate finished even and fair laid to a slope of 1 in 12, laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 3 m length with joint filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising a mixture of 1 part of heated Industrial bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts of heated sand as in plinth protection Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, flat or curved incl ridges hips valleys as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to anyheight including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified any height Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.
