Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer. (Including all materials, Labour, T&P etc Complete but excluding cost of GST)
