Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 200 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on PCC pole / high mast pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 50x50x6mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp 32x6 mm with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and lobour for Servicing of earth pit structure by disconnecting earth strip by opening nuts and bolts 4 pole structures LT/HT including checking all joints, jumpers etc for any loose connection, replacement of burnt jumper with new one, replacement of rusted nut bolts and apply petroleum jelly for all moving contacts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All the spares required for the work is included in the quoted rate.

M & L for removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Sub-station yard along with fencing, around the pole, under the HT/LT transmission lines, yards or any description by manually / mechanically and keep the sub-station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean throughout the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light and touching LT/HT Over head line incl removing trimmed tree branches all as directed.

Supply and wrapping of LT insulation tape 12 mm width in 5 mtr roll complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Perforated cable Tray made out of GI Sheet of 14 SWG thickness and 40 to 50 mm depth hot dipped in various width / sizes including accessories like couplar plate, nut bolts, washers clamps, wall bracket up/down elbows, bends tees equal distances on wall/ floor/ through wall crossing and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair informatory sign boards/display chart with single side writing over foam sheet of 4 mm thick (maximum size 2 mtr x 1 mtr) fixed on wall with screw. nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Wright matters will be provided by department as per requirement.

M & L for painting of LT panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun and marking of all incoming and out goining MCB/MCCBS complete all as specified and as directed.
