S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisting of fram made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS fram shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS fram welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the fram at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces and applying Two coats of oil bound distempering white or tinted (copolymer based resin glue to be added for longer durability and better finish) using hand roller over 1mm thick wall care putty on Wall Surface including all necessary arrangement for execution of work ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smmoth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint using hand roller of over one coat of water based white pigmented akali resistant priming paint for external wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment,washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemperd and painted surface of old surface by Electric Rotary grinder including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of Ceiling Surface removing of nails, making good holes , cracks etc , cleaning of floors , glasses, joinery of drops and splashes incl all arrangement necessary for execution of work,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 4 mm Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3 in detached work such as for mosquito nets, cloth line and fixing to straining bolts, hooks, eyes, etc. including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line of wire to be measured).

Dismantling of RCC Jali,Stone Jali & Stone Pillar of any description , any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Sikandra stone jali decorative design of approved pattern by Eng-in-charge including all carving and moulding of corners fixed in cement mortar 1:4 to grooves of stone pillars application with colouring to match with colour of jali including fixing of stone jali for all corners & lift complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

S&F stone pillars(post) of size 100x100 mm including engraving decorative design of approved pattern on two face and dome shape approved by Eng-In-charge , height of each post as per sikandra stone jali, ,making groove on two face of size 43x5 mm for fixing of sikandra Jali in CM 1:4 complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Note : (a) Contractor will detail his 01xRep at Engr -in-Charge's office to attend day to day complaint for Academic Block and Residential Block at RMS Dholpur.The cost of this operation / provision shall be deemed to be included in rate of item No 22 to 24, 36 to 41, and item No 90 to 122 above and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
