SEWAGE AND DRAIN CLEANING REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES AND ALLIED SERVICE FOR MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 150mm dia mechanically by using suction (vaccume) machine from WC to manholes or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/ waste from manholes and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/ waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (upto 1.5m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe) all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor will arrange sewer jetting machine & section machine having high pressure power to clear sludge from sewage line from 200 to 450 mm dia without any extra cost. No manual work will be allow to clear the septic tank/soakage well and manholes. Measurement will be done from manhole to manhole.

All as per item No. 1.00 but 200mm dia sewage lines.

Removing the sludge/ soil after getting out from septic tanks/ cess pool/ manholes outside defence land in low lying area by using closed sludge collection tanks. Sewage sludge will not be thrown inside defence land if found at any place then Rs. 10,000/- recovery for each place will be charged as penalty including removing of sludge outside defence land by means of sewage collection tanks.

Taking out existing of NT/ floor trap C1 grating and cleaning of sludges/ slit from NT floor trap including roding CI pipe from NT/ floor trap to gully trap etc in position including removing of rubbish to a distance n.exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC, including roding CI pipe after opening the oval asses door of CI bend C1 branch piece (T) etc upto first MH and placing the OAD in position & removing the rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as specified and directed

Taking out of gully trap cover and CI grating and cleaning of sludges/ silt from gully traps including rodings SGSW/ CI pipe from gully trap to 1st manhole length n.exc 3.0m) and placing back CI grating PCC cover etc in position including removing of rubbish to a distance n.exc 100 RM complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing steel fibre RCC manholes covers & frames medium duly circular (as per IS 12592) medium duly for clear opening 300/400mm complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water troughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting 100mm bore new drains by cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and making good pipe and reforming benching as required finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling 100/ 75mm bore cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm white with front or back inlet, integral foot rest including CI 'P' or 'S' trap with providing lime concrete bedding and connecting to flushing pipe complete including breaking up existing damaged WC seat and make good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC white low level flushing cistern 10 litre capacity with all fittings syphonic action with top push type button with inlet ball valve and float including flush pipe, ball valve, handle, PVC short bend etc. fixed on existing brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning to drains by taking out brick bat, pebbles, silts, muds, clay, sludge, grubbing up bushes etc., from the bottom of drains and culvert bed etc. and removing the same to outside the defence land in any vehicles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china mosaic including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surface fair and even to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof tiles or any other surfaces of building including dismantling the required brick work/ roof tiles/ mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surface with same material or concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation removed). The rate shall include for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified.
