AMF PANEL

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 62.5 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

i) 125A 36KA MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release , U/V release etc. - 2Sets

ii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity

iii) On -delay timer for load change over

iv) On-delay timer for engine shut off

v) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

vii) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

viii) Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'.

x) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of following.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS /IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer/OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

Extending the exhaust pipe with 200 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set upto 2.5 Mts high of the near higher installation with Asbestos rope / glass wool insulation and chicken net and Aluminium fol covering, with end cap with suitable high temperature painting.

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

a) 200 mm. dia exhaust pipe.

b) Residential type silenser pipe

S&F special type MS angle iron bracket support made of 40x40x6 mm. MS angle with flat iron clamp with nuts, bolts & washers etc. for 90 mm. dia (Vertical Run).

S&F rain protection canopy.

Filling of HSD oil for initial refill with transportation.

Supply and delivery of best quality oil hand pump with 1" dia PVC flexible pipe (10 mtr. approx.)

Supply and delivery of 200 ltr. Capacity heavy gauge PVC sheet barrel

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 62.5 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set with Acoustic Enclosure.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long With TATA-Medium GI pipe as per GS . [ 2(a)/G-1]

Connecting the equipment with 25mmx6mm galvanised MS hot dip flat on wall/floor as to GS. [5d/G-3]
