Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with pigment over 20mm thick sceed in CM 1:6.

DIismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cemnet mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6.

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises
