Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 M wide and exc.1.5 M & upto 3.0 M in depth for foundation of stay/ pole and etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand (after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only Punned thickness 1will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling & foundation of pole & mass complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling & foundation of pole & stay complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole complete all as directed

M & L for Cutting the existing road/ PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing 95 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing 50 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing 35 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing 25 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing hot dipped galvanised octagonal poles with top A/F 70 mm, bottom A/F 130 mm, made out of 3 mm thick HT sheet alongwith base plate of size 220x220x12 mm including upto 1500 mm double arm brackets made out of 48 mm dia medium grade GI pipe, M20 in PCD 205 mm, 700 mm long and projected 100 "J" type EN8 grade 04 Nos foundations bolts alongwith template and follwing accessories :- (a) MCB SP 6 Amps, 230 Volts"B" series 10 KA - 01 No. (b) 4 way DMC connector, bolt type having locking arrangementsand water proof control space - 01 No. NOTE :- (i) The rate quoted shall also be deemd to include the cost for provn of 50 mm bore heavy grade PVC pipe from cable trench to centre of pole concrete and bus bar for provision of cable with termination box etc. (ii) The concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 1.0 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.6 MPA work pressure.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70/75 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including copper cable of 2.5 sqmm 3 core from junction box to light with help of GI clamp of any size and length & including bracket made out of 40 mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing over all length 1.5 mtr bend to shape, providing two Nos MS flat iron 40x6 mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts and washer of complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including copper cable of 2.50 Sqmm, 3 core from junction box to light including all fixing arrangements on non metallic sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Anti climbing device comprising of 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wires with 2.00 mmdia barbswrapped spirrally around pole to a length of 0.50 to 1.00 mtr clamped and properly secured with clamps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, commissioning and testing of cable jointing Kit Heat shrinkable type for 1100 V grade cable for straight through joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT UG cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, commissioning and testing of cable jointing Kit Heat shrinkable type for 1100 V grade cable for straight through joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT UG cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm, 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical feeder pillar Box TPN of size 600x600x300mm Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet inner shell made out of 2.00mm thicK MS sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back open able double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz. The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 8 connections, and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate opt less attn. 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI earth strip of 32x6 mm, (7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, check nuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wire mesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. MS round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways, with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate No 5 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive for MS sheet of size 300x300x3 mm thick as in pit cover, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm, 60 cm long and grounted in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 200x200x250 mm including necessary earth work and marking of result. (iii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil is demed to be inclusive in the rate qupted.

M & L for shifting of street light poles by hiring of mobile hydraulic crane and realoocating the pole with in 03 Km distance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including demolishing of existing cement concrete pole and foundation (If any) by mechanically or mannually, making good the distrurbed surfaces including taking down of lights from pole, taking out of existing street light pole (with out any damage), and refixining in pole and old street at light new location, all as specifed and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set capable of delivering 32 KW (40 KVA), at prime mover rating at 0.85 load factor as per clause 13.3.2 of ISO-8528 (Part-I), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled with matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return internal oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevailing at Bihta (Bihar) (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all de-rating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around the DG Set for ease of movement 0.5 M height, anti- vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, liquid cooled (EG, complete 50, 50) naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP (Not less than 23 BHP) to drive alternator capable of delivering 40 KVA (32 KW) at outdoor atmoshpheric conditions at Bihta, Bihar (Taking all de-rating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fitting, fixtures as per manufacturers instruction and including suitable panel for self starter system with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meter, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (Shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first filling of lub oil and other consumable items etc

(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC Alternator, 3 phase 415 Volt, 4 Wire rated for output of 40 KVA/32 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP23 protection class enclosure, insulation class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE : Made out of structural steel as per recommendations of the design/specifications of manufacturer. (iv) AMF Control Panel: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board indoor type suitabile for 40 KVA DG set all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge. (v) Accoustic Enclosure : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB IV+ norms. The enclosures shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (a) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition, and ox, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certificaton, etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5M space should be available all around the DG set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5M. (vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity shall be provided not less than 12 hours continue operation of Gen set. (viii) Misc. Maint tool kit, complete catalogue for maintenance and operation, overhauling manuals, minimum one year maintenance spares for operation guarnatee card etc shall be provided as per standard practice of manufacturer. (ix) It is an express condition of contract that the DG set will be procured by the Contractor after erection of all the poles, fixing of street lights, laying of cables and initial charging of cables. The payment will be released accordingly after proper testing from rep of Accepting Officer at factory and at site after installation..

Note:- (i) The DG set shall only be taken over after satisfactory testing result of operations carried by the contractor in presence of officer nominated by the accepting officer as per relevant IS specification /instructiions. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of the test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at expense, replace the defective equipment/material/accessories at his own risk or any there of as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Decision of accepting officer shall be final conclusive and binding in this respect. The contractor shall also construct necessary foundation as per per design provided by the manufacturer where directed for which necessary cost may deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii)Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of Demolition of old foundations, base, dismentling of all old cables, pipe, and construction of new cable trenches if required and cleaning/layouting of cables in existing cable trench etc.

Supply and fix time switches astro type having longitude and latitude of indian cities in memory 3 phase of 40 -50 Amp rating with contactor including all connected internal wiring and fitted inside steel enclosure alongwith provn of GI clamps of suitable size for placing on GI pole complete all as specified and directed.
