S&F in repairs 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitable screws wood/steel including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to 1st quality Paduak wood long rail 35mm x 90mm x 1980mm as per existing size of Bed including removal of damaged long rail all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

All as per item No. 1.02, but short rail of size 35mm x 90mmx 610mm all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs head board consisting of 60mm x 30mm x 260mm vertical size and 30mm x 60mm x 400mm horizontal including legs of size 60mm x 60mm in section at top and length 400mm from bottom of leg and 30mm x 30mm in section at bottom complete including removal of damaged head board all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1.04, but foot board consisting of 22mm x 75mm x 900mm in section paduak wooden battens 3 Nos at equal space, joining top and bottom horizontal rails of foot board. The top and bottom horizontal rails of size 30 x 60mm shall be 1st quality of Padauk wood. The vertical legs above horizontal rails shall be 30 x 60mm all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to new 1st quality Paduak wood stiffeners of size 40mm x 60mm x 900mm complete including removal of damaged stiffiners all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to 4mm thick one side teak finished plywood of size 780 x 340mm including 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of head board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to 4mm thick one side teak finished plywood of size 780 x 180mm including 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to flat iron of mild steel of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm, bents to right angle on each corners of Bed Hard all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old wood surfaces by scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abbrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying two coats of french polish over a coat of mension wax polish till the smooth finishing complete all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.in complete

S&F in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 1980mm x 32mm medium grade long rail for GI Chapoy including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs short rails of seze 900mm x 32mm medium grade rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair legs of sze 440 x 32 mm medium grade of GI charpoy with wooden stopper rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair two Nos of 25 mm mild steel flat iron 16 gauge not less then 80 cm long each welded to charpoy GI at equal distance as in centre supportat midle span including painting all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable tapastry cloth, cushion of sofa set 5 seater and replacing with new tapastry cloth including mulmul with foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 558mm x 533mm x 100mm. The tapastry cloth shall be mat finish and shall not less than Rs. 350/- per metre and as approved by GE. complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable tapastry cloth, cushion of sofa set 4 seater and replacing with new tapastry cloth including mulmul with foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 558mm x 533mm x 100mm.
