Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven Generating Set AC complete to give an output of 62.5 KVA at 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply with power factor 0.8, diesel engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete (as per OEM design) mounted on a common base frame with itegral acoustic enclosure canopy as per CPCB (Central Pollution Controll Board) norms and on site testing along with standard control panel, inbuilt AMF panel, battery with leads and necessary meter including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Particulars given in Appx 'A' to these tender ducuments shall be read in conjuction with this item .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.50 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32x6mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI strip is connected to main switch board and protected by 15mm dia bore light grade GI pipe, provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit.with 50 mm thick precast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F On-load Changeover 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 Volt, in steel sheet enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core for connection to existing panel with new stabilizers and DG sets in the existing trench (note -: excavation is not required.) along with disconnection of old existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out / laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid

Supply & Laying old size sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality, laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete of (1:2:4) type B-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, for preparing foundation for DG Set as per OEM standard specification and manufacturer of DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel framed bracket of angles or tees with web and flanges, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc n.exc 10 Kg each bracket, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
