Renewing and refixing damaged locks in Existing Work Station Drawer with new one of Lock with keys including labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete and as diected by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for unserviceable key board tray in Existing Work Station and refixing in position with necessary screws and clamps etc., complete and as diected by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing with new Stainless steel sink of appd. Quality of size 600x450x200mm with a pair of cast iron including cost of 15mm diameter brass chromium planed pillar tap 32mm diameter c.p. waste coupling 15mm diam. 15mm angle cock work includes fixing in the wall in position with pair connection and painting the brallets with two coats of paint leakage etc. complete. Complying with std. specification and as directed by the Dept.officers.

Renewing and refixing the damaged mirror with new on of Special type of mirror of size 1.00mx0.78m of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including renewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrough and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing best approved best quality Procelain CP soap tray of size 150 x 150mm including cost of teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The soap tray should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing the damaged broken unserviceable bib cock with new one of Two way bib cock tap with Health faucet 15mm dia of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia special type SS Long body tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing in position Hydraulic Door closer of various sizes of approved quality using Aluminium Extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment like HARDWYN (make) 'GAZEL' (or) equivalent (with ISI Monogram)

Supplying and fixing the SS door stopper of approved quality and make including labour for fixing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the broken glass panes of 5.5mm. Thick with new plain glass panes of 5.5mm. Thick including fixation in position with teak wood beeding of size 35mm x 12mm alround the glass panels with nails etc.,.

Clearing the Manhole chamber including removal of silt and slush and conveying the same to out side the campound after the dry condition of silt and slush etc., complete complying withstandard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
