Material and labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value of minimum 60 KV at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydration is required to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level up to the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply and fill new EHV grade insulating transformer oil complete with minimum BDV not less than 60 KV all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for testing and calibration of 11KV VCBs indoor/outdoor type along with control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays system (relay to tripping coil auxiliary switch male and female housing cut outs etc) , checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' item no 5 to 19 as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 11KV current transformer having ratio 100+50/5+5A as per IS: 2705 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15VA and metering core class CL1.0 and burden of 15VA, breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second and disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing for 11KV single phase indoor oil cooled PT of ratio 11KV/RT 3/10V/RT 3/110/RT 3 class 0.5-3, burden 100VA, insulation level 35/75 KV, voltage factor 1.2 cont and 1.9 for 30 sec, conforming to IS-3156 and disconnecting and taking down unserviceable voltage transformer of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in repairs including install ,testing and commissioning of Power pack unit input voltage 180-250 Voltage and out put voltage 24 Volt DC having 4-digit digital Volt & Ampere meter, High resolution D/A, A/D converter , Digital interface as standard function etc. complete all as specified and as directed including taking out unserviceable battery bank unit.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of cable any sizes and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point

Supply and filling in and speeding clear sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickness i.e. 18 cm shall be measured & paid.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade 100 mm dia for road crossing and cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in substation yard for laying all as directed and specified.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old serviceable ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 amps 415 volts AC 50 HZ at various sub station and carry out necessary servicing , greasing to fixed and movable parts , cleaning complete internally and testing after reinstallation.(Note:- Any damage occurs during servicing will be borne by the contractor ).

Supply and fix charging motor 110V AC/DC, 220V AC/DC of suitable size for ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour new stay assembly complete comprising of stay clamp , stay wire , stay insulator , stay grip , thimble , bow , stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc as shown in electrical plate No -01 ( loop insulators , stay clamps , excavations and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items) including dismantling old stay assembly including connecting items and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt mixed with 10% garden soil and 10 Kg bentonite powder, PCC pit chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete including removing old earthing and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Supply& Fix in repairs including installation of 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps complete all as specified and as directed. (cost of GOD includes cost of GI Pipe required for operation and these rates bases on reputed manufacturer

Repairing / Servicing the air break isolating switch 11 KV 200 Amps by replacing the defective major spares including provn of worn out bolts nuts etc, applying petroleum jelly on moving/ fixed contacts all as specified and as directed. Note :- Major spare shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of item No. 42(i)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 .sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 46 here in before but of Size 50 to 95 sqmm.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage up to 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and trimming tree branches n.exc 50 mm dia in size obstructing lamination of street light and touching line complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning around any E/M installations/ pole structures including removing all grass and other vegetations with roots complete all as directed and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer outdoor type including radiators, cooling ducts, vent pipes, condenser etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) according to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES /SM No. in capital letters of suitable size on body for capacity up to 250KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/433V transformer including the following works up to 250 KVA capacity (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover, coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven up to the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) Material and labour for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket ,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electric connection testing and commissioning complete. (f) Necessary plate work including welding for preventing oil leakage if any. Note :- i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor welding are deemed to be included the rate quoted (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for rewinding of transformer, including dismantling, drain out transformer oil and removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable HT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enameled copper wire including drying, baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with fresh coil and re-insulated. Material and labour in Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete including painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as directed.

Charges for testing of faulty transformer by conducting required tests and submit report to the dept, following tests to be carried out by contractor through experts :- checking of all connections, verify the high voltage and low voltage cables are correctly terminated and all connections are in accordance, Insulation testing, Tap changer operation, incoming and outgoing voltage, silica gel in breather, oil level in conservator, check oil leakage and submit the report of the faulty transformer all as specified and as directed.
