Providing polished cuddapah slab of 20 - 30mm thick for shelves cupboards with all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges at site etc., complying with standard specification

Fabricating, supply and fixing in position of MS doors, Windows and Ventilators with single or double leaf using MS angle as outer frame, shutter frame and intermediate stiffner covered with M.S. sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolts, aldrop and hold fast complete with one coat of red oxide primer including all cost of materials and labor charges for fixing in position and conveyance cost etc., complete complying with standard specification

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 mix , 10mm thick with all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5mix 12mm thick with all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick with all cost and conveneyance of materials etc., for flooring of self designed grooves and both way special colour tile of best quality and pointing with white cement using at the rate of 0.40kg/sq m including finishing the joint neatly and pointing flush with tile surface etc complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm with uniform guage in pure slacked lime in the proportion of brick jelly to slacked lime being 32 : 12.5 laid in a single layer and consolidated using wooden batters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc., complete complying with standard specification

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm laid in cm 1:3 mix mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortor including all cost of materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint of approved colour and quality including priming coat over new iron works etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Painting the walls two coats with approved interior and exterior emulsion of first quality over cement plasterd wall surfaces, celling and other new or old surfaces over one coat of primer using cement paint primer including cleaning the surface and painting with primer , etc. complete complying with standard specification.(The colour and shade of the emulsion shall be got approved by corporation officers before use on works)
