Repair and Maintenance - Infrastructure Assets in NDMC area during 2025-26. SH. Repairs of deep well hand pumps and maintenance of public hydrants at various locations in the area of NDMC Water Supply Division.

Labour charges for repairs and commissioning deep well hand pump including removing of G.I pipes assembly and cleaning the same including re-installation of the same and replacing the leather washer/nitric rubber washer pump bucket to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge all labour tools and plants etc required shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra will be paid spare parts required will be supplied by the department free of cost or arranged by the department.

Cleaning of filled up bore of deep well hand pump beyond 6 mts up to all depth by boring with 75 mm dia nominal m.s pipe all kind of soil except boulder excluding the cost of m.s pipe and filling but including all labour tools and plants required in the job complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge net depth of bore cleaning will be measured for payment

Supplying 32mm dia nominal bore ISI marked (medium class) GI pipe of 3.0 metre (approx) length including threading etc complete for ISI marked II deep well hand pump, complete.

Supplying 12 mm dia 3.00 metre long electro galvanised bright steel bars along with hexagonal coupling the locking nut suitable for ISI mark –II deep well hand pump complete
