CHAIR CBT STEEL WITH ARMS/ WITHOUT ARMS : FD-75 (M), FD-120 (M), FD-386 S&F following components of chair CBT steel with arms/without arms including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of chair. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty - 822

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing seat of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new seat made out of 12 mm thick Plywood Commercial Quality ISI mark covered with 75mm thick, 40 density PU form (Make- Sleepwell/Godrej/Kurlon) and best quality tapestry cloth of rate ranging Rs 250-300/- as well seat should be fixed through 02 Nos MS stiffner size 25mmx4mm(duly two coat of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) & suitable Nut/BoltScrews completed all as shown on drg, specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge. (Make of Ply :- Greenply/ Century/ Duro)

Replacement of Arms rest with S&F new Arms rest made out of black integral skin polyurethne reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistance of chair briefing static baised all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Replacement of shoe/Cap with steel screws where required with S&F new rubber pads of superior quality with suitable Steel Screws complete all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the chair CBT steel with arms/without arms, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

CHAIR DINING : FD-16(M), FD-203, FD-228, FD-279, FD-1105 : Dismantle, take out carefully & replace old components of chair. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty - 1000

Dismantling, taking out carefully of old existing broken back leg of the chair of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new back leg of Ist class HW (TW), made to shape, fixed in position.

All as per item 2.01 here in before but replacement of front leg with S&F new front leg made out of Ist class HW (TW).

All as per item 2.01 here in before but replacement of side rail with S&F new side rail made out of Ist class HW (TW) with holes for weaving. The spacing of holes shall match with the existing rail on other side.

Provn. of new angular bracket with 08 Nos steel screws suitable size of Ist class HW (TW) of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm complete as approved and all as shown on drgs.

Removing existing cane from seat of chair dining and provn of new cushion to seat made of 50 mm thick 'PU' foam, 40 density, ISI marked (Make- Sleepwell/ Godrej/Kurlon) covered with best quality tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour (not less than Rs. 300/- per RM) duly wraped with long cloth. The cushion shall be fixed on top of 12mm ply BWR. The plywood to be cut as per size of chair dining seat and fixed to frame with screws as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge /GE.

S & F new Nylon Buffer of superior quality with suitable screws for fixing complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Polishing one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces to Chair Dining with lacquer polish of approved make and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface. Filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment. Note: The surfaces of furniture to be polished shall be cleaned by grinding machine in order to get high glossy finish alike new furniture.

CHAIR EASY OF SORTS : FD-17(M), FD-201, FD-229, FD-281, FD-1108 : Dismantle, take out carefully & replace old components of chair. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty-213
