REPAIR OF GATE, FENCING, AREA DRAINAGE, RETAINING WALL AND MISC WORK IN ZONE A AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (except block) for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.Note:PCC blocks obtained from item No.34 shall be used.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in 40 mm thick (measured solid) Jallies or louvers including all mouldings set jointed in CM 1:4 but excluding frame including demolition of existing cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) brought upto coursed complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, counter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Granite to be used in treads shall be one piece with nosing at front and cutting two grooves alongwith nosing. Colour shall be of Lakha red, flamed granite or telephonic black as approved.)

M&L for running Welding in repairs and to make in original position of article in any length and thick of weld n exc 6 mm for purline, rafter, gate, chainlink fencing ,fencing post , MS door,collapsible gate,rolling shutter and misc MS Items (Height of bldg G+3) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
