Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. And removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work using Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 16 here-in-before including removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick walls of drains built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Paving, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with spread thickness 150 mm each layer complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- 1) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for rolling of surfaces with 8-12 tonne power roller. Contractor shall arrange power roller under his own arrangement. 2) Soling shall be laid in two layers of 150 mm spread thickness each. Measurement for soling and rolling for each layer shall be recorded seperately.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete, sub base of floors, hardstanding, path etc, duly mixed in mechanical concrete mixer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 250 micron thick HDPE sheet, water proof & wrinkle free without any puncture or damage including minimum overlap of 300mm on edges complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the net area. Quoted rate shall deemed to include for the extra width of overlaps & wasteg. No extra claim shall be admissible during currency of work or afterwards)

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over HDPE sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in hardstanding, path, etc, 200mm thick, mixed in mechanically operated concrete mixer, laid in alternate panel method, including compacting the concrete thoroughly using beaters and tampers, then levelling and finish the surface with wooden or steel floats and properly curing afterwards by covering the laid panels with wet gunny bags for a couple of days, then curing by flooding with water for at least 7 days complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost formwork, cement slurry, gunny bags, T&P, etc as required for satisfactory completion of the work).

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris outside AF land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 15mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in coping incl necessary form work and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete, sub base of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, inner surfaces of drain finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of accumulated silt/soil (depth of silt/soil n. exc 50cm) alongwith grass/bushes if any, from the beds of R/way/PTT side open drains (depth of drain up to 1.5 m), girth of drain bed not exceeding 1.50 m, getting out including removal of excavated material from the sides of drain to outside Air Force premises and disposed off as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt regulations complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Depth of silt/soil only shall be measured for payment. Rates of removal of grass / shrubs / vegetation etc from drain are included in the item and no extra depth shall be measured for the height of grass/shrubs/vegetation removed.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but for depth of drain exceeding 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m

M&L for removal of accumulated silt/soil (depth of silt/soil n. exc 50cm) along with roots of grass/bushes if any from the beds of R/way/PTT side drains (depth of drain up to 1.5 m) covered with RCC Drain Cover, girth of drain bed not exceeding 1.50 m, getting out including removal of excavated material from the sides of drain to outside Air Force premises and disposed off as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt regulations complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (a) Rate of Removing & re-fixing of RCC drain cover are included in the item as mentioned. (b) Hydra/Crane/JCB or any other arrangement shall be used for safely removal & refixing RCC Drain covers to avoid any damage to the drain and covers and the rates are also included in the item. No claim shall be admissible in this regard. (c) Depth of silt/soil only shall be measured for payment. Rates of removal of grass/shrubs/vegetation etc from drain are included in the item and no extra depth shall be measured for the height of grass/shrubs/vegetation removed.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before but depth of covered drain exceeding 1.5m and n. exc. 3.0m

M&L for removal of accumulated silt/soil (depth of silt/soil not exceeding 100 cm) along with grass/bushes if any from the beds of Recharge Pits/ manhole/ sump, of any size and depth not exceeding 1.50 m, getting out including removal of excavated material from the sides of drain to outside Air Force premises and disposed off as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt regulations complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Depth of silt/soil only shall be measured for payment. Rates of removal of grass/shrubs/vegetation etc from drain are included in the item and no extra depth shall be measured for the height of grass/shrubs/vegetation removed.

All as per item No. 20 here-in-before but depth of recharge pit/manhole/sump exceeding 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforced) of ny description and in any position and removing debris, etc. to Outside MOD Land, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : MS reinforcement obtained from demolition shall be measured under Sch of Credit

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like., surfaces finsihed evena nad smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm Dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm Dia complete all as specified and directed.
