M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per XSqm putting in and providing premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (design mix) not exceeding 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of bitumen (grade VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete depth of pot holes not exc. 30mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (NOTE : Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.)

(NOTE : Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.)

Removal of existing rumbles (150mm wide) completely by scraping and making the surface levelled at par with existing road surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, not exc 50mm deep and removing scarified material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, and applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface by using mechanical sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old scarified surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, and applying evenly tack coat of paving bitumen grade(VG-10) @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 75mm or less thickness (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with crushed and graded coarse stone aggregate filler (cement) and sand (fine aggregate) mixed with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix) mixing bituminous macadam in the hot mix mechanical plant and laid with mechanical paver complete rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : (i) Mixing of BM shall be carried out in Hot Mix plant and laying, spreading of BM shall be carried out uniformly by using automatic type sensor paver. (ii) The design mix for BM considering bitumen content as specified shall be carried out from any one of the Institution as specified in particulars specifications & cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE (iv) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weight batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle No.)

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces of road using pressure compressor for cleaning and removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm with mechanical sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism complete and providing and laying bituminous premixed Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Design Mix) 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient & camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in Hot Mix plant and laying, spreading of SDAC shall be carried out uniformly by using automatic type sensor paver. (ii) Quantity of the Bitumen shall be provided as per design-mix approved by GE. (iii) Design mix for SDAC considering bitumen content as specified shall be carried out by Contractor from any one of the institution as specified in Particulars Specifications. (iv) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weight batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle No.)

M&L for applying thermoplastic paint 2.5mm thick for making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc exceeding 10cm wide on bituminous surfaces, with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area confirming to MORTH & BIS specification, not less than 2.5 mm thick of white/golden/ yellow as approved colour/ shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e. cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs ISI marked factory made kerb stone, using PCC Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), of size 450mm x 300mm x 150 mm thick set in CM (1:3) complete including necessary excavation, tamping ground and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Sample / make of kerb stone shall be got approved from GE by the Contractor before placing bulk order.)

M&L for preparing of old/ new surfaces of kerb stone and applying a coat of synthetic enemel emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair "LED Kerbstone” with LED lighting system as per specification – load bearing capacity 2200 kgs (with test report of government approved lab) length 500mm , height 240mm, width – 150mm, curb angle 45 degree, foundation height – 40mm, foundation legs – 4, foundation stand with 20mm embded in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, foundation nut and bolt – 4 nos (8mm x 60mm), led strip length 465 mm, operating voltage- 36 volts, number of LED in each LED strip – 22 nos, LED strip wattage–2.32 watt per kerb stone, IP-68 waterproof and shockproof kerbstone, LED strip and connectors with heat shrinkable waterproof sleeve, LED strip and connectors–IP 68, IP-68 waterproof connectors for each kerb stone- 1 nos, jacketed connector wire with copper cable of 1.5 Sqmm 2 core, fiber box with 02 pole 10 Amp MCB for power supply of 36 volts colour – white , blue, yellow, orange, red, green or as per requirement and as per IRC including embedded 50 mm in and converted at bottom with PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 finished neatly and setting the same in CM 1:2 including necessary required excavation and earth work in any type of strata and and redoing the existing surface in its original shape etc all as specified and directed. (NOTE -: Quoted rate is deemed to be included for all necessary electrical connection from nereby street light / pole and 01 year guarantee from manufacturer)

S&F in repairs solar stud of size 125x125x25 mm with shank of 60 mm aluminium alloy shell with 3 LED on each side with compressive strength upto 20 Ton fixing by epoxy including taking down old unserviceable studs of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (NOTE : Old unserviceable studs shall be contractor's property as per the Schedule of Credit.)

Supply and fix in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions including taking out old unserviceable road stud of any description complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Old unserviceable cat eyes of any description shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.)

Supply and fix in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 with and including necessary excavation and earth work and taking out old userviceable delineators of any descriptiion complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out measurement of road roughness as per provn laid down in IRC SP-16-2019. Contractor will engage Certified Consultant / Testing Agency and record IRI value after completion of resurfacing. The IRI value obtained post resurfacing should 'Good Quality' complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE FOR SER. ITEM NO. 17.00 ABOVE: Measurement of road roughness for the work carried out under the AOR of AGE B/R-II & III of GE (South) Pune shall be carried out by SEMT wing CME Pune / Govt. Approved and NABL accredited testing agency seperately (to be considered as One Job). The Test result values before resurfacing and after resurfacing of the work carried out under AGE B/R-II & III of GE (South) Pune shall be submitted by the contractor seperately)
